🏢 Companies (Accounts): this is simply where we record data for the companies we deal with. So if you have a company called Microsoft or Etisalat, each one gets its own page containing: the company name, phone number, email, address, the people in it (Contacts), and the Opportunities. In other words, Companies = the companies database.
📢 Quick Campaign: this is what we use when we want to reach out to a large number of customers at once. For example, you have 100 companies and want to send them an Email, or create a Task for employees to follow up with them, or make a Phone Call to all of them. Instead of doing it one by one, you create a Quick Campaign and it executes for all of them at once.
