I am John Yassa, a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer based in Abu Dhabi. Over the past five years I have worked almost entirely inside the Microsoft ecosystem, delivering CRM and Power Platform solutions for UAE government entities and private-sector clients.
Most of my work sits where business process meets code: plug-ins that enforce rules the platform cannot, integrations that connect CRM to systems it was never designed to talk to, and data migrations where getting it wrong is not an option. I care about solutions that survive after handover, not demos that impress in a meeting.
Alongside client work I train developers moving into Dynamics 365, using the same problems I meet on real projects rather than textbook exercises.
